We are one of the most comprehensive emergency services department in the state. As a combination career-volunteer department, we offer EMS response at the paramedic level, are heavy rescue certified and provide fire protection to our community.

Leland Fire/Rescue, also known as Leland Volunteer Fire/Rescue Department, Inc. is not a municipal department; it is a non-profit organization that has its roots going back to 1959. It works VERY closely with the Towns of Leland and Belville and with the North Brunswick Sanitary District. We assist with zoning, planning, and water related issues affecting the community as a whole as it relates to Emergency Services.
MISSION STATEMENT
It is the duty of Leland Fire/Rescue to respond to requests for emergency services and support to the citizens of Northern Brunswick County. The safety of our citizens, visitors, and businesses in the community is of our utmost concern.
